Congratulations!!!!
You can create a PSD template and upload it on ThemeForest. If you get it approved, please contact me. Thanks!
I like this thread
and i have a lot of answers for each of you but only if you ask
Here are a few of my thoughts:
The past and the future exists only in your mind – take advantage of the power of the present.
The law of attraction works, but you must know how to balance your conscious and subconscious and make a bridge between them. You can’t only want a thing and think about it if your subconscious “knows, or thinks” a second that can’t be true. We are the only who can add breaks in our path or who can push the things further.
The one who succeed is the one who have the courage to get out of the “normal” tracks built by the parents, school, education or other factors.
Instead of thinking how to earn more, or how to sell more, or how… how… how… it is better to ask “why” or “what”. What would your life look if you can sell 50 items per day? What would you feel at the end of a full month of sales? What would your life look when you will be an Elite author? Why would do want to become an Elite author? What would happen next?
Those questions will add more value or power to your thoughts than asking “how” or “when”.
There are a lot of points and information about this field but some people will be bored if i continue while others will ask more, so i will stop here for now.

Please don’t get me wrong, but what do you expect for that amount of money? You get items worth far over 500$ for only a fraction of 20$ and seriously complain? If you buy some stuff from a hot sale you also won’t get nothing more than those products available at time – and only have the chance of a money back if that product is malfunctioning in some way.If you want receive updates and get support from the author you should definitely buy the appropriate license from the author, as this will not only brings you those additional benefits but also demonstrates some kind of respect against the author and his/her hard work.
Period.
+1
As i know, there is no problem if you do that
Congratulations!!!
I agree with you and i’m glad the theme is now again available for sale. Hope other people can see this thread and before reporting a theme as ‘not working’ to double check the item description, the preview, the documentation, contact the author if something is still wrong or unclear and only if he doesn’t respond in 24h to have the item reported.
I got one of my themes disabled because “it was reported by a customer” – a page didn’t look good on the mobile / iphone mode.
I lost 2 days with no sales because the customer didn’t contact me directly for that issue and the item was disabled – i was out of town and didn’t know the theme was disabled. Once i fixed the issue (spent only a few mins to fix that css issue), i uploaded the new files as update on the ThemeForest and now there are 2 days since i’m waiting for this update approval to get the theme back.
Finally there are 4 days lost – no sales for this item – because a customer didn’t contact me for an issue but reported the theme, and the theme was directly disabled and i think i will need to wait another 1-2 days until the theme will be back on the portfolio.
But… my question is… do i need to “pay” so much for a small issue like that??

In the case of a ‘dispute’ (before a chargeback is completed), we are notified by the payment provider and we work to resolve the dispute with the buyer before it progresses any further. We are definitely committed to continuing to work closely on these events so we can prevent as many reversals and disputes as possible.Yes, a “Resolution Center” would be awesome.
This would work like so:
1. Buyer contacts Envato Support.
2. Buyer must demonstrate that they have already contacted the author with the issue.
3. Buyer must demonstrate this is a real issue – demoed on the preview / item description but not working in the real product with a live link.
4. If author does not reply / fix within 7 days => refund . It will also mean buyer is cut from future updates and support. And maybe the licence key is sent to the author so he can develop a script to remove the buyer from the support forum.
99.5 % of the buyers are awesome and will not abuse this. But also do not make it easy to abuse.
+100 to this one
Hi Justin,
I’m not sure if this was already posted around here (there are a lot of pages and… my shame… i didn’t read all of them) but i have an opinion:
What if, once a client give a review, he must give also a comment based on that star review rating? Also, a rating shouldn’t be changeable… so once you give a rating, that must stay there (or at least you can give a higher rating if you want but not a lower one).
I’m asking this because some of the clients are rating an item 5 stars and come for support. I help them here and there, everything is fine. They come 2 times, 3 times… 10 times and if it happens you can’t help him once, or you are out of town… he go to the ratings and change it from 5 stars to 1 star.
