No clue how to use File Zilla, that tutorial at the mac computer is clearly more easier than what i am experiencing now with my old XP. I installed FileZilla and when i go to and log in on ftp.marketplace.envato.com it is like: http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/6262/70359528.jpg What to do next?!

It is very easy to use Filezilla. This is what you will do:

  • Enter this: ftp.marketplace.envato.com
  • Username: enter your username
  • Password: Enter the same password you use in opening your Envato profile

And press the “QUICKCONNECT’ button. It will connect Envato marketplace ftp engine. Then, drag and drop the file(s) you intend to upload.

That is all!

Where is “quickconnect” button :O

Sorry for being such a novice.
It’s ok! It is right ontop (Detail panel).

I can’t find it!

Here is how my FS looks: http://img809.imageshack.us/img809/7454/filezillaw.jpg And here is the envato url: http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/6262/70359528.jpg

Every file i upload, even thumb or preview alongside the zip one says Error after loading 100%. Why is that? :S :S
Are you using FTP or directly using browser for upload?

Hi Blin, how are you?

Asking for a price re-evaluation is perfectly fine, and you should do so by Contacting Support

On a further note, before simply asking for a price reduction, ask for some feedback on why your item was priced so high compared to similar items. Who knows, maybe you’ll even reconsider. Either way, it can help you better understand why/how such items are evaluated by reviewers.

Anyway, a great alternative is to make a bundle of those items, you’d be surprised with how successful some bundles can be.

Best of luck to you, keep up the great work. Cheers.

Hi,

Thanks for the advice, i am actually trying to create a bundle with them, they are just flag icons and i have completed 5 continents, the only one i haven’t finished yet is north america. After i finish it and see the sales, if there isn’t any change than i probably will ask for price reduction. I think the reason they are priced high is just that others provide the files on psd or png while i eps ai png.

Best wishes. Cheers

Okay, i have a weird question. Can you ask for you files to be sold on a lower price? I have files 11$ since are vector but the same people can get for 2-3$ so why they spent more on something just because it’s vector and i think that’s the main reason my files don’t get so sold. What you think and tell me if it’s possible to ask to low the price of the file! :)
