Keep polishing it. There’s a lot of good in it, but it really does need more attention to detail. Take one item at a time and improve it, and you’ll get there. Make sure everything is aligned and looks neat. Look for a more stylish font and try a different size. Create more white space. Polish, polish, polish! You’ll get there, I’m sure.

You can hope that, but I liked your circles enough that I just spent some time watching them I get a bit addicted to simple stuff like that that is appealing to the eyes… (Also, I left the page open in another tab, during which time the bug became more clear)

I still hope you’ll get it accepted eventually!

I really like the circles a lot! The amount of social icons is a bit scary, and I personally have always hated the zig-zag lines, but that’s just me.

I also really like your avatar, even if the “web developer” part isn’t readable. I know you obviously didn’t ask about that, but I just wanted to compliment you on that

EDIT: Oh, the one last circle doesn’t seem to be operating the way I would think that it should. It seems to go down in 30 second increments, but the numbers are count down from 60 seconds. I noticed only because I really liked watching them

I think that it’s not about it being “bad”. It’s about it not being good enough. So either bring in more features, or make it more stunning. That’s what it actually says in the last line of the feedback.

I think someone somewhere here said it very well, that you need to first make something that you think would be good enough, and then push it even further.

Even though the song is catchy, I think the video is the reason it went viral… random fun things happening, simple dance moves everyone can do. There is definitely worse music than PSY being worshiped all year round, so cheers to him for achieving something most of us never will

Kitten videos aren’t a proof that the quality level of cats is definitely going down, because pre-YouTube cats were actually able to stay awake and perform in a coherent manner

I like it. It’s kind of pleasant to look at. However, perhaps the navigation and the headings could use a bit more contrast? I’m undecided on the font used in those; I really can’t say if I like it or not. It might not work that well with more contrast when it pops out more. The shadows used feel a bit…sporadic? I can not tell where the “light” is supposed to come from to create the shadows, because on some pages they’re there and on other pages and elements they’re not. Also, just a splash of colour would be nice.
