..something is terribly wrong in the last two weeks, never been this slow.

It’s Google I’m afraid to report.

I’ve been speaking to a few library owners about this over the last few months or so. Google are now in full swing with their aggressive promotion of access to crappy, substandard, free music aimed at YouTubers and the like. Just open Google in incognito-mode, and search for ‘royalty free music’ and look what now dominates the top of the search engine. Free music site after free music site.

And even more frustratingly, a kickstarter documentary is due to be released, celebrating the guy at the top of search (I’m sure most of you have heard of him), who has basically hijacked the term ‘royalty free music’ for himself (even though, technically he provides ‘free music’). I suspect we’re loosing business to this ‘composer’ and even more now since Google are giving him more strength in search.. Outraged!

omg that is terrible..but i really think that his music sucks so i guess he can’t cause THAT much damage, but still,im worried about this.

EDIT: I just went over to his website and listened to some of his music….HAHAHHAH it sounds like my sister trying to make something…with her eyes closed. I guess the biggest damage was done by Google with their search engine changes,AJ and few other stock music markets are really down on the list,i hope they will do some kind of SEO or something to get back on top of the list, because these generic websites that Google is promoting are simply terrible, seriously, their music would never even get approved here or on any other serious stock music market.

My worst week ever, 1 sale. Last week was way better than average.
Don’t be surprised. There is a high chance that many people wanted to purchase your items and just got into a blank page instead, with later recommendations to other items that they could actually buy. Now we can never be sure. This might work only some days, or some times of the week, or only on certain regions. Since you had a good week before, they might have blocked you down. Or maybe it is just a question of natural order and luck, who knows. Everything and anything is possible.

yeah,it is really weird that one week i sell 80$ and then 3$ next week..it is like someone is manipulating sales

Already done arpeggios??? :O There are only FOUR notes in that track with a dotted 8th delay!

So?

Let me rephrase the question.

‘Can someone recommend me synth/pad/pluck (or whatever you call it) software where I can find similar soft rhythmic patterns?’

I find Lennar Digital Sylenth1 great for making plucky sounds like this,it is very simple. Also,Ableton Operator is great but more complicated. Any vst synth can make this kind of sound, learn how to make your own sounds from scratch and you are golden :DD

Buy Sylenth1 and find some pluck presets/sound banks and start tweaking from there.

This one is not arpeggio, this is a pluck synth with fast ping pong delay with short feedback,so it goes left>right all the time. The whole track is extremely simple actually.
