Maybe if you don’t download it you might have a chance. When I buy themes, the download page marks the file as not downloaded yet until I click on the download link. So if you can prove to them that you don’t have the file yet Who knows?

In all seriouslness, they said they were going to drop IE6 when it went under 11% and now when it goes under 10% – HURRY UP ALREADY !!!

According to this IE6 is down to 10.6% and going downhill fast.

Also ExpressionEngine 2.0 (coming out December 1st) has given up supporting IE6 .

This has a cool retro feel to it. I like it, but Ipad has a point. The colours might not appeal to everyone. An easy out for that would be to supply a colour option or two.
