its easier to just go upto “file”..”new”...set to 80w 80h and done. That can be dragged into another open project or left alone and saved eitherway. There probably is a way to do it the way you mentioned, I dont know the settings for that.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to use a color changer device (off activeden) in my WP theme? I need to allow the user to change the color of an object. I found a WP plug-in called “Kimili” that appearently will run FLA AS3 files….but it doesnt look very user freindly. I do not own adobe flash either..so have no way to play with this add-on prior to uploading. Other add ons turn up on activeden when I used “wordpress” for search, so Im now wondering if I’m missing something here ;( lol or is flash a bad word in WP?? hmmmm
Looks pretty good, but that border needs to go, makes it look old…”light” is the in thing these days. I find the footers are neglected with most themes, I believe that is an area someone might really cash in on one day. If a looker spends enough time on a webpage to make it to the footer, shouldn’t they be enticed to stick around? I also think social links (icons) should be more aimed at the general public..not developer sites like dribble, deviant, etc. A Pinterest theme would shoot thru the roof in sales! Sure wish I knew how to code
These of course are only my opinions
This is the ultimate “get a site going” tutorial, you will be up runnin in less than an hr! No steps skipped.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wLKui1x1JFk&feature=related
Bad idea…I think its a great way for buyers to get to know others work without gambling a lot of money, I bought an item on there and ended up really digging the guys work, now I follow him and have no probs paying full price..atleast I know what Im getting!
lol must be touchy subject?
Hey guys—- I’ve been looking for a WP theme for client ecommerce site that allows you to list all of the products in a linear fashion (i.e. instead of having each product/details/price as a box across the screen – the products would be listed as a list with the product on the right, description in the middle and the price to the right….) I hope I am explaining this clearly… Please help! Thanks.
I second that! I cant find anything so far, would like something simular to ebays layout. Lets hope ours crys are heard
Most of the icons that come with themes arent usable (atleast in my part of the world)
dribble? Deviant? stumbleupon? fforst?... why would people that dont develop sites need these? and the ones needed by everyday users are never there…youtube, pinterest, etc…
I have themes with 15-20 icons built in and often only 4 are usable! and even then they are choices I wasnt looking for except maybe YT. Cant this made so the people put their choice of icons in after purchasing? its bad enough footers are often 100% ignored, but the installed icons are becoming that too!
