Hi ichurakov, If you would like more feedback as to why your item was rejected it is important to ask, send a request to support. I also suggest that you ask your fellow authors for some feedback and suggestions. You can include screen shots in the item discussion forum. Most importantly, don’t give up. Our most successful authors have all be rejected many times before. I’m sure your designs will be great, they might just need a bit of tweaking. I hope this helps, Carmen.
Hi Rez, Unfortunately we don’t have a purchase search on the Marketplaces. However, we do suggest that buyers download their items and keep a local copy of all their purchases. This is because from time to time (for various reasons) items are removed from the Marketplaces. I hope this helps, Carmen
Hi codetz and s101west, I understand how frustrating this can be. When purchasing an item it is important to research whether it is the right product for you. Many of our authors are freelancers and despite offering support for their items are reluctant to customise items for you/ work for free. If you need help installing the template you may need to employ a developer to help you customise it. If you would like a refund for the item, you can put a ticket in to support and they will assess your case. I hope this helps. Carmen
