I actually replied with caution and explained him everything and he apologized for his not so nice post because he is under pressure.This is how every author should do.
Don’t listen to people who says you shouldn’t care about customers who sounds negative and posts that kind of messages. These authors don’t care about their sales. Even if a buyer doesn’t quite right, it’s the right way for any author to help him like you do. That’s how professional sellers do their business.
