Exactly 70% for Elites.
Now the elite authors paying 10% fee and buyers paying 20% fee. The remaining is item value? Now the question is – To be serious about this or not be?
I was only talking about semantics
Take a look at the “Buyer pais the author for their item” arrow from the diagram . I completely understood that we’ll get the same money (except the percent from the $2 surcharge) but tehnically speaking , yesterday an item was worth $100 and today is worth $80.
Let’s take your $100 example:
Until today the item was worth $100 from which we paid Envato between $30 and $50 for it’s service.
Now the item is worth $80 because $20 is the “Envato Buyer fee” included in our items price.
It’s more a problem of semantics , but it kind of bothers me.
Is your PayPal account verified ? Basically there’s been a lot of sale reversal lately from unverified Paypal accounts and that’s why some purchases are not completed if your account is not verified. You should try making a deposit with Skrill. I’m sure it will work.
Just found my answer:When you open your PayPal account you automatically have a limit to the amount of money you can withdraw to your card per day.
To have this limit lifted, you should:
Have a Verified PayPal account. Have a PayPal account for 90 days. Have no open buyer complaints. Have had no limitations on your account in the last 30 days. Have received over $10,000 since opening your account.
Thanks for this info. I contacted Paypal and received the same answer . Now I have to wait 2-3 working days to see the outcome of my request.
If you’re from Europe and don’t meet all those requirements yet , you can increase the “per day” limit from $500 to €500 (aprox. $680) by changing the primary currency from U.S. Dollar to Euro .
