Is your PayPal account verified ? Basically there’s been a lot of sale reversal lately from unverified Paypal accounts and that’s why some purchases are not completed if your account is not verified. You should try making a deposit with Skrill. I’m sure it will work.
Just found my answer:When you open your PayPal account you automatically have a limit to the amount of money you can withdraw to your card per day.
To have this limit lifted, you should:
Have a Verified PayPal account. Have a PayPal account for 90 days. Have no open buyer complaints. Have had no limitations on your account in the last 30 days. Have received over $10,000 since opening your account.
Thanks for this info. I contacted Paypal and received the same answer . Now I have to wait 2-3 working days to see the outcome of my request.
If you’re from Europe and don’t meet all those requirements yet , you can increase the “per day” limit from $500 to €500 (aprox. $680) by changing the primary currency from U.S. Dollar to Euro .
Did you get it yet? I got mine and it looks like everyone else did too.
No , still didn’t get it.
I only got an answer from @envato_support that the details of my request have been passed to the right team. This was 10 hours ago.
I guess someone wasn’t in working mood.
Now it’s already weekend in Australia so I’ll have to wait until monday to get a response.
This is getting ridiculous.
I’m pretty sure that was sarcasm, but yeah, it’s silly to read those threads.
I bet when you’ll be announced you have to wait another month to get your payment (even though you had the automatic withdrawal thing going on) , you and the “sarcasm boy” won’t find those threads silly anymore.
As I thought , there was a problem with my payment (even though it’s set to automatically withdraw all earnings) and now I’ll get my payment on 15th of June .
I got an answer that the system states : “Withdrawal of 0.00 via paypal was requested from JohnDoeIsMad@gmail.com (2014-05-01 00:04:59 +1000)” and “they’re not able to create manual withdraws after the monthly cutoff date has occurred due to system limitations”
Here is what I can see on my withdrawal page:
At a second read , I think the withdrawal they’re referring in the answer is the “Pending Withdrawal” (second from the printscreen).
Still , maybe some staff can jump on this (Ticket ID: EFT-625-36992)
