I can’t recall any website where you sale 3D models (and probably anything else unless you OWN the site) that ask for this information, not even Turbosquid that is even larger then you guys. This information is mainly only asked for people outside the US. You have to be damn crazy if you think I am giving you this kind of information, especially with me being a number one target of a US American. And everyone knows that ID theft are always going off the charts since it is very easy to do it with just slight extra information. Your taxes with the IRS is your problem, not mine. I am not giving that very classified information that can easily be identity theft to you or anyone online to begin with, even less a store I sale on. I can name sites that never have asked for this kind of information to a US citizen and never will so I really do not know what really is your little scheme with this.
And on top of that you peopel aren’t even in the damn US, even more to consider this possible identity theft. I don’t care who you people are or what you do, but this is big times fishy. So you can count me out of giving you such a thing, and if you cut off MY MONEY which I made with my own work you are going to have to worry about more then just the IRS. I want to see my % in its entirety as it was stated when I first joined this website. Cut off even a penny for your imaginary IRS tax fee and you are going to have problems.
collis saidIf I don’t see my full % on the 1st month – I will take action, then after that is done I will leave.
When we make the upcoming changes around
This is very easy to fix, all you have to do is take a render picture of whatever it is you are selling if it is a 3D model. Once you do that, create a new image the size of 80×80, then open your rendered image for the preview in that same program, re-size the top or bottom of the image (whichever looks best) to 80 and then just paste it to the 80×80 image and save. You have to re-size the image either on the top of bottom accordingly.
I don’t know if you guys have not notice, but what Rockstar is trying to do with GTA Online is basically create a massive multi-player online (MMO) game.
This is the main reason I hate people who offer free items and websites that offer free 3D models. It is because of them we have so many people selling stolen content on the internet.
Why not just give exclusive authors 70% commissions… Period.
I think it’s a mixture of stuff. I think some people just don’t give 5 stars. Some people love the file, but found it too expensive… rate lower. Some people find the file, and it’s the best they can find on the entire marketplace, but it’s not exactly what they had in their head, so they rate less than 5.
I can understand all this, but people rate items based on their quality, not what the person that bought it thinks they were getting or not. The images are there, the 3D turntable is there… I mean come on. Those that rate items the way you say, others will think there is something wrong with the item when there clearly isn’t. And remember that sometimes we can’t do anything about the price in this site.
As far as I know… Someone rated all my Solair’s (my brother’s account – http://3docean.net/user/Solair) Public Collections 1 star for some reason. Which clearly his work is not 1 star at all. Me and my sister had to “up-rate” his 1 star to 4. That’s not very nice.
That’s right sis. And on that note, I think information on the member that rated your item should be shown at least to the seller. And make it so that you must be a registered user AND a person that actually bought the item. The same goes for the Public Collections to stop things like what happen to my brother.
