We using it for a long time already, it is in all our recent themes.
Will you be happy if someone will get your theme on which you spent a month or more of your life working hard, and then he spent just couple of days on creating a HTML template to “make big profit” with it just for himself?
We have same situation with our last theme. I think we spent more than a month to become approved. First few rejections was absolutely reasonable and we feel that and fixed / improved. Few last ones was like a “surprise” and sound more like a formal requirements. But right now I feel sure that I will have no such problems with the next theme, because I already passed through all of this and learned a good lesson.
Used this great thing for a long time, sometimes it stop working, then I updated the script and it worked fine again.
But now, last time it stop work when Envato update the Statement page styling. Now I wondering is there an update for Statementer?
Also, for the second day in a row http://userscripts.org/ website doesn’t work. So I can’t even get it. Does anyone else having the same issues?
Or can you recommend some alternative tool that can at least show the total sales per item for the current month?
can someone tell us – is there any way to find out the purchase code in Ticksy? There are more an more situations when people ask for support and we see they use the same theme more than one time. We want to check do they have as much license as they use theme.
If there is no such feature it is a big flaw.
Same here, my customers are really angry and sending me a lot of emails.
I am writing on all my HTML template description pages (before item description start) with h3 as ”...... IS AN HTML TEMPLATE NOT WORDPRESS THEME”
Still people buy it as a WP theme and ask me “I am trying to upload your theme but I get style.css missing error”
A lady screwed my most selling landing page template rating with one star just because she bought it considering WP theme.
I’ve learned years ago PEOPLE DO NOT READ. No matter how big text is. That’s why everywhere are icons and images. It’s sad but true. Also it’s easier to ask than read documentation. Anyway, I hope Envato will do change something about rating system.
