Hey, hold on guys ! I think that there is a reason for the watermark in audiojungle previews, which is to put an obstacle for those who want to stole the item, even if it implies to capture the audio by using a software or a download addon. So, I find that maybe you need to have a special permission given by the creator of the audiojungle item or from Envato team.. one way or another I think that it is not allowed to use those previews without the watermark.
Your problem is your focus on you not on them think about that, do they really need ? don’t think about your sales from my prospective this product is “sucks” here in videohive today.sorry please, but if you have timemachine you can go to in YEAR “2010” maybe it will be bestseller “something you can’t see right now”
Go to popular items and learn what they’re doing and how they’re doing one guy who sales a lot said this.“I really have no great advice to give you, what buyers want is a great enigma for me, the best advice I can give is to be yourself the greatest critic of your projects”
My friend, I dont think that you need to be so rude when you talk about the work of a colleague , he/she is only asking for your opinion and I dont think that being harsh will help in any way. Do you really think that it is necessary to say that the product ” sucks” ? or saying something like this : but if you have timemachine you can go to in YEAR “2010” maybe it will be bestseller . Try to be polite with others, remember that there are a lot of authors here that are way better designers, animators and creatives than you and me, it would be so disgusting to receive insults and harsh words from them if you ask their opinion about your work, isnt it ?
You are on the right path but your work still needs more detail, fluid animation and also, keep in mind the usability of your item when designing it. Envato have very high standards and we all must be aware of that, so we have to keep studying and incorporating new techniques and tools in order to create the best templates in the market . Keep up with the good work !
Perhaps in your help file you have to include an explanation/short tutorial about how to auto-trace a logo, so nobody will have any problem and you will not receive any complaint.
Hello my friend, in my personal opinion there are a few ” weak points” in your project:
- The movement of the pendulum seems unnatural and rigid. Perhaps you can add a little transparency and feather to the reflection too
- The pendulum have no relation with the logo reveal, I mean, at first you have a random scene ( a pendulum in this case ), then a page turns and the logo appears ( ?? ). Maybe if the logo appears from the particles, after the balls turns into small pieces..
- Usability : you have to think who will buy your template , what I mean is that in a way it is uncategorizable, the concept have no relation with almost nothing.
Please, dont take my opinion in a bad way, maybe it sounds harsh but here,. when we ask for other authors opinion we expect that everybody speaks their mind freely and with the best intentions. Keep up with the good work !
Welcome back, Claudio, Bienvenido !
I’ve been trying to use only envato assets in my previews, and never really wanted to risk anything. So, my message to all authors here, use only envato assets in your previews, I think there is more than enough assets to convey your visual message.
It is a good advice, but in my personal opinion, Envato assets are very unappealing in visual terms, too generic . The other day I was thinking that it would be a nice idea to have a place where authors can offer certain items like photos, videos, backgrounds , all for free . For example, here in my computer I have a lot of footage and photos that I produced as a hobby or for my personal use, I will be more than happy to share them with the community.
Hey guys, I am from Argentina ! As far as I can see one of the main problems that buyers from my country have to face, is the matter that our government puts a lot of restrictions regarding handling foreign currency. It is almost impossible to buy anything that is priced in dollars because you have to give endless explanations about where did you get the foreign currency, why are you buying this or that… a true nightmare ( this happens not only in Argentina, but in Venezuela and other countries too )
Anyway, I think that the biggest obstacle for south american buyers and authors is the language, even if in most of our countries we receive education about different languages such as english, french, german, etc.. it is not easy to face a market ( like Envato ) where there are a lot of rules and regulations that are a little difficult to understand if you do not have a vast knowledge of the language.
Once I suggested here at the forums that Envato needs a Spanish version so we can add a market of millions of potential buyers .. I remember clearly that a certain Moderator and a few authors told me that this is a market/website for people that speak english only ( ?? ) a complete nonsense and, in my personal opinion, a very poor vision about how to expand a business and how to take care of us, authors.
In general terms it looks good, I think that it only needs some minor adjustments and perhaps you can ask for a new review ( I know that it is not allowed, but maybe they can make an exception ).
In my personal opinion, if you ask me,I would make this changes : I would change the camera angle to a 70 º position so it will give more depth to the scene , the way the camera is positioned now makes your project looks flat . In case that you change the camera angle I would enable the depth of field option to add extra realism.
Add some mild shadows to the elements ( photos and flowers ). Perhaps you can make some petals falling from above and landing gently on the table.. maybe some light leaks or lens flare.
This is a good project ,with a little more work i think that it has to be accepted.
