miseld saidIf the item has been removed, there isn’t much you can do to get him that file anymore. Best to find a similar one and use that for the file and suggest it to the user.
scottwills saidThanks Scottwills but what to do with buyer(s) who already purchased the file? It’s easy for me to change the preview, i don’t like unsatisfied customers it’s bad reputation here…
Try this search query, miseld, (Cinematic > Dramatic category + “intense”) lots of alternatives to choose from. Good luck! http://audiojungle.net/search?utf8=?&order_by=sales&term=intense&category=music%2Fcinematic%2Fdramatic-action-adventure
That’s awesome. Big congrats!

No worries, there is a 30 day cool down period where you will remain exclusive. After which, simply re-instate yourself as exclusive.
Yes, I know for that option but I looking to spend $30 which I have deposited on my account last several months. If I choice that option $30 will stay on my account and I don’t want that.
Gotcha. Sorry, but those are currently the only two options.
BittLoader saidI believe it’s mainly to prevent abuse of the naming system and to ensure titles accurately reflect the actual product as opposed to being tailored for search.
Thanks OriginalEXE for the clarification Yes, i’m talking about the name of the theme directly on ThemeForest. I’ll try to contact the support team, still so, i’m wondering why you aren’t allowed to change the title as you do with the rest of the things?!
You can indeed contact support to change the item name and we’ll confirm the proposed change with the reviewers and then get you on your way.
