Just saw a cool design in my mail box, so we are going to build a creative-basic-cool admin theme…..what a timing.

There is a reason why they dont support ie7, and ie8, these old browsers dont support most css3 and html5 features, so a author has to choose, support the old crappy ie browsers, which means they can not use some cool stuff, or add extra(which makes the load bigger) code to the theme.

U say be more creative but if you want to have a creative theme you probably run trouble with the old ie browsers.

Just my 2 cents about that

It’s not very recommended to mess with meta headers in wordpress. A much better solution is if there is a plugin.

There’s nothing wrong with using X-UA-Compatible meta tag, it just says to use a certain version of IE(this case a downgrade), so you dont need a plugin.

Well i can remember that the price was in the begining a lot higher, but they changed it…not smart if you ask me.

Yes you can change the settings but not per file(haven’t looked yet)

I have seen a couple of themeforest files that include codecanyon files in there themeforest files for free, but noticed that these authors are not the authors of the codecanyon files, i have asked support about this but i never get any follow ups about these questions.

So whats up with this, have the rules changed?

I dont think its fair to included other peoples stuff to increase the worth of a file(unless its your own stuff)
