Just seeing that bsa have removed a lot of sites from there listing because these sites have low traffic.

Sites have been removed without any warning(emails to the owners of these sites).

The rejection email says that a site must have at least 50.000 views, but there listing shows sites with 20.000 views.

We have used bsa for some time now but because of this action we are looking for a better way, because a couple of site with low traffic has been removed, the bad part is that these sites have been generating income with BSA for some time now.

Anybody any good idea’s for an replament tool?

Just our 2 cents :)

If your html declares an HTML5 Doctype, it is HTML5 , the fact it doesn’t use all the new fancy html tags is the authors choice. I don’t get all the fuzz over this.

Tis is not true, HTML5 is not just the doctype.

Yes its marketing, but it shouldn’t be allowed.

I am thinking of naming our next theme ‘TheCoolTheme – a creative HTML6 & CSS4 theme’,

I’m coming from flash (over 12 years invested)
I wonder how many flash guys will cross over to html5/jquery.

A lot, the number of flash jobs has decreased a lot, and if you want to make money you have to go with the flow.

The net is all about trends.

The only thing there thats HTML5 is the missing doc type, there are no HTML5 tags there, no markup…...so it’s what koev said, but i have a better example, its saying that its a wordpress theme but in real live its a plain static non php non wordpress theme.

Respect to the author of these files but in my opion you cant sell something if the name dont match the content of the product.

I love the reviewers here but they should have seen this.

Just seeing some themes using the term ‘HTML5’ in the title of the item(file name), but these files dont have any HTML5 stuff in it, its just HTML4 .

Is this allowed and smart to do, because for what i know you can get an refund if the file isn’t what is said, and shouldnt the reviewers pay attention to this?

(i am not going to share the links, so dont ask ;-))

No it doesn’t have any custom themes.

Building a wp theme is a lot of work, with every update you have to change/update the code. We had the idea a while back but we decided to not do this because its to much work.
