Im looking to buy an As3 banner that supports html text that is styled by an external stylesheet. Anyone got one on here?
Here is an example of what I am wanting.
^ +1 to what DS said
The only thing that really makes or breaks a template here on activeden. Is the aesthetics / design. If the balance of fonts, typography used, images, and colors make the visitor feel like they are at a top notch store, they will buy it.
Deep Linking is a big thing too, any template you create must have this, and the user needs to be able to edit the browser title and address name from XML . Also they are gonna want to be able to enable/disable the mp3 player from XML . Basically colors, fonts, opacity, for just about everything needs to be editable from XML .
your first born
lmao for real, buyers on activeden are SO loud about what they want, and this list of what they want never ends. Just take a look at any of the top selling files that have 500 – 1000 sales, and read the comments.
nope im not developing is AS2 . I am strictly AS3 , I did mess around with the AS2 api a while back
@dSKY would still love to see how you did it without getting these errors
I got these errors too, but only when testing in the Flash IDE . Online everything is fine.Same here. Just ignore them
Ok, good to know Im not alone.
The new as3 api destroys the player fine. I remember having the same trouble with the old as2 api.
@dSKY that would be awesome ..hitting my head against the wall on this one.@p&K I think so, its a string variable read from XML
<youtubevideoid>0UjsXo9l6I8</youtubevideoid>& the video plays fine, it is just the youtube api apparently is trying to access those other URL ’s and the flash IDE doesn’t like it
