wait? what do you want to hide from us, buyers? lol
Hello creative nation!
I hope you all are getting ready for an exciting weekend! yeah! feel the energy!
For those of you designing and developing templates for websites I have a short observation.
Usually photographers have a flickr account (at least those in the pro arena) and from my clients I know, that they will like to see an additional item for galleries:
——> Gallery Name 1 —- —- ——->Gallery Name 2 —- —- ——->Gallery Name 3 —- —- ——- RECENT PHOTOS
Where Recent Items is a gallery pulling photos from the photographer’s flickr account. These have an implementation as a widget on the sidebars, but have not seen anything for a gallery.
1. Uploading photos to flickr is so much easy.
2. Usually photographers don’t update their websites as frequent and it takes a little bit more time through the WP dashboard.
1. Is there any way to have a desktop app to upload photos to your WP site? similar to the toolbars that flickr, vimeo and other sharing websites have.
Thanks for your time and happy designing! I’m more than happy to give more feedback. Im a super happy buyer…
like I said, you guys rock!!!!!!
I was waiting for someone to do this!!! I LOVE YOU GUYS !!!
P.D> Still waiting for the milky musicians wp version
Maybe this one: http://themeforest.net/item/wordpress-politico/139979
I used it with the same purpose, political, government oriented.
Thank you guys, solved the problem. Was this plugin that was messing around with the site…dunno why.
You guys rock! Thanks for your help. Owe you all a coffee. Anytime when you are around NYC .
@Phoenix: Yes I can login. When I login I can go to my client’s site.
@Jami: Im checking some recent plugins I installed.
@Digital: I just read that a while ago, IM using FF, Chrome and even Safari and they all are having issues.
Maybe the server?
Hello guys! It’s me again and Im sorry to bother you all a lot….
I was working on this site and eeverything was ok yesterday. WP site.
Today we got back to work in the same site, the weirdest thing is happening.
Whenever I go to my client’s site www.clientsite.com
my browser will redirect me to the wp-login.php. It’ doesn’t matter how hard I try, or if click “go back to your site” it will take me to the wp-login.php. Like a loop or something.
I did the following:
1. Checked my .htaccess for errors. Is fine.
2. Checked though myadminphp the wp-options for home and site-url. They are pointed to my www.clientsite.com
3. Checked the cpanel if there is any redirect options enable. None.
4. Checked using google, can’t find something.
Any ideas super authors?
Thank you in advanced
In the beginning I used pdf as documentation. Thought it was more elegant of something. But man, when it came to the fact that I had to edit the documentation of my themes because I was releasing updates with new features, the pdf thing became a complete mess and impossible to maintain. So I decided to use html, I’ve rewritten all my templates’ documentation in html and everything’s perfect since then.
totally see your point…
