Ok, I am really sorry to participate in this discussion, and I do not want this thread to take a direction where you put obligation on Envato to do something. I want to send a message to all parties, and again excuse me for replying ( I have seen the thread link in comments and just didn’t want to participate but now I have got to )
To Simon, alexus, webhostingicon, and others I appreciate your words and support guys, really happy to see that some people are really appreciating my work. It makes me happy, as any other author who feels happy when his customers are increasing, and are HAPPY!
familychoice – you have all rights to say your opinion here. And please be sure that I “respect” your point of view.
Envato staff – You guys have been more than helpful, firstly I was rewarded with a reinstate of my item in the homepage, and when I’ve asked for a price increase from $17 they already increased it to $24. All my extensions were approved for a higher-than-average price, so Envato guys could not be more helpful and awesome really. It was me “who chose” to delete the paid addons and they do not have any decision about, they are doing their best. as far as my experience tells, I had a negative story when I put up my plugin for sale, but after they know it was a mistake I only receive “big rewards” from them, big thanks.
And I do not want to forget to thank the reviewers, and Siddharth because I am sure he is the one who set the price, approve price increase, etc.
I think it was my own decision to remove the extensions, and you can’t blame Envato for that. And you can’t ask them to do more than they did already.
I am sure the featured submissions are not discussed on public, and I am almost sure it’s a reviewers choice/decision.
I will continue to work hard, and try to please all customers. I appreciate all the good and kind words said in this thread, it means a lot to me, thanks for your support guys. Do not know how to thank you! ~
Many thanks to everyone who participated in this thread, I’d really ask Envato staff to lock the thread, as I really do not want this to go as a pressure or look like advertising my stuff, I think a good item will get noticed sooner or later, If I work that hard and that good, I will get rewarded for it. But we can’t forget about the other authors who make great apps and stuff too! They deserve to get noticed too.

Oh you are not alone. I get these 1-star ratings without comments/complaints/emails.
I feel the same as webfector, it kills to feel that your hard work is still not enough, and that mysterious customer rated you 1/5 without even sending a complaint. envato should think about making ratings more advanced (like review required, author can see who rated his item 1/5)
