Yeah. Never happened before, so I have to say big up! to the review team . Have to point out the good when it happens.

I voice my discontent when my files are delayed or when my support tickets are delayed. So I would like to voice my opinion when something good has happened as well.

My latest file got reviewed in less than a day. YES, you read correct . So many thanks to the Review Team for their quick work!

I think that GR needs to find a way to make this more efficient. This really shouldn’t be taking so long. I updated screenshots for a file and it got rejected because I didn’t have the name of the screenshot in a specific order xx_aname.jpg. I have been uploading screenshots for a while now and can’t remember being told that this is the format.

Perhaps it is, but because many of my other files have been accepted with a different naming order, this is news to me.

Screenshots (preview image set) has caused me a couple sales, I have customers emailing me directly or writing on my wall about it. Envato Team, just letting you know that these things affect sales.

I would love to know about this as well. In the past, powerpoint presentations were reviewed based on when they were uploaded. Now it seems they are done in batches. So all the powerpoints sent through within a specific period are done on the same day.

I have had my powerpoint in the queue for 8 days now and its probably about 60%.

This delay is really awful. I hope that the team can get this sorted soon.
