yes.. When enable there, author will have internal forum support system. Forum with simular or the same style like this (themeforest) forum.

98% of authors here have his own external support system. What do you think, it will be good envato to add forum support system for every author? The author can make a choice what type of support will have (via forum, via item comments section etc). It will be like all external support forums. I don’t understand why this feature themeforest haven’t yet. I think this will be useful for all, authors and buyers together.
