Hey guyz!
I’m really shame since I’ve just found a simple CSS “ninja” move that I was missing after several years coding end developing xhtml/css/js…
Today I had to finish a few CSS fixes for an existing web page and one of them was to hide the last breadcrumb item. Since I know the :last-child won’t work in IE and since I’m using input[type=...] selector a lot, I decided to try a[title=”.....”] and it worked!
It’s really a very basic CSS move, but I decided to share it with u as someone esle might not know it yet.
Cheers!
You guyz just don’t get this straight. It’s the very new and modern “DIV-addict” coding, specially optimized for the brand-new-magic-IE9.
Only Chuck Norris (probably this programmer as well) can understand and code it.
Shame on you!
Please, provide me some more details or just get in touch with me at vinid[?t]gmail.com
Please, provide some contact details (e-mail?). Do you need only theme installation and setup? Most of the WP themes here are very well documented and u can do it yourself, unless u are just looking to hire someone to do it instead of you.
I must generally agree with rg, but for me it depends of kind of the project.
For CSS /xHTML 50-50 is just fine.
For WordPress Theme 60-40 will be the better deal as functional part is probably more important (excluding the cases when u have really unique catching design).
If interested – u can contact me via my profile page.

Sorry, just saw the title of the topic
Well, I don’t think there’s a way to do it only with CSS .
You can adjust it by JS. For example, with jQuery it will be something like this:
dd_height = $(“CSS selector for the dropdown box”).height();
$(“CSS selector for the button”).css(“top”, -height);
The e-mail was just sent.
Thanks everybody for replies, I’m still looking forward for good designers
Hey there!
I’m looking for a TF designer to collaborate with for Site & WP Templates! I also can help with the graphic part, but I think I’m not that good as a designer and my skills are more valuable at the coding process.
I’m linking some of my latest xHTML/CSS projects (in order to see example of my codding skills):
http://dodoweb.eu/fast-corporations/ http://dodoweb.eu/mind-river-marketing/ http://dodoweb.eu/yp/serp.html
First and second one are TF PSD templates, coded by me 2 years ago.
Thank you!
