Find a theme you like first off, then if you are using the bookmark plugin, copy and paste this code into wherever you want it to display (in the loop):

Simple answer is you can’t unfortunately.

It is a progress bar to show you the progress of your file to be reviewed. Looks like your theme is close to getting reviewed.
