it’s not broken and it’s not an understanding thing, simply I decided on a different theme (from themeforest of course) to go with for a client. Understand if that is not part of the policy. I also understand that you have no way of knowing that it won’t be used, it’s not like I can send it back! regards, Chad

I have just signed up to another marketplace to check things out and see how things are compared to TF. They have a nice support system build right into the the item’s page with search. Will Envato ever get out of this stagnation period and build this? Buyers and Authors have wanted this for YEARS!
I don’t mean to hate, just venting. Unfortunately everyone knows things are not exactly progressive here, apart from new badges…
Ken, it sounds frustrating and you’re right, if the author is proving support for his new theme, there is no reason not to provide it for his older ones. Sorry to hear about this but try not to think all authors do this
There is documentation in your downloaded zip file. Have a peek in there and go through it.
