EladChai saidI found what the problem is, I logout & re login, and i received the same message “Verify it’s you”, I copy & paste the verification code and it says Invalid code., the problem is that with the copy and paste this gets 1 blank space, just delete that space
Don’t know why it’s invalid. I had to reset my password again and then I got another “Verify it’s you” thing and it worked but too bad I can’t use my old password, which I tried 743903 times and it told me “incorrect”. Don’t know wth was this bug.
I tried typing the numbers but still got the invalid code thingy…
You will install others as well.
Studio Express Service provider requirements such as working on all installation jobs assigned to you (including those for items besides your own) and minimum response times (12 hours for first response)
Did someone get an email for the express service already? I’m curious

Is this legit?
I tried to login to my Envato Studio account but it keeps saying wrong password.
After a while it told me:
Verify it’s you
Your sign in attempt seems a little bit different than usual. This may have been because you are signing in from a new location or from a different device.
I got an email with a code, and now it says Invalid code.
How can it be invalid?
ThemeCodex said+1 But buyers don’t really follow these rules, so nothing to complain about removing items.
I think we’re missing critical point here. When you’re working on a project and then buy an item from Envato you buy it to use in the near future (probably immediately). So it is unlikely that you haven’t used them a year after purchasing.
Remember that you’re only supposed to use purchased items once in a single end product.
Regular License “Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.”
Extended License “Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users can be charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.”So if you need an item a year after purchasing you are probably over-using the item/license.
What exactly do they gain from this rubbish? Seems stupid.
And change the preview image background color, it’s too similar to the ticket.
Wow, I wish I had scott replying to my rejections like that.
I’m jealous. And sad, cuz I got a logo rejected.
