Thanks for the opinion glutenfree4u.

I also think that if I’m not 100% sure then it is better to do not use these images.

But the question at all is interesting. I just like the images I could get from their games. Maybe I’m not alone who is interesting in the staff reply.

As far as I’ve understood, usually, it is impossible to use game screenshots in themes and even in preview.

But I did some investigation and I would like somebody from envato to confirm my thoughts.

If I wish to use images from Blizzard, they are clear in their policy and they tell that: “images can be used for non commercial purpose only”. So, theme preview is a commercial purpose or no? Also, what in case I make a full functional site for Blizzard funs, based on my theme (it’s not commercial purpose) but will use it’s url as a DEMO site for envato item. Won’t this violate some rules or licenses?

Really getting confused.. sent to TF few emails, the first of them – 3 weeks ago. No any reply at all (except auto confirmation).

I would like to be an author there, but worrying what kind of support I may get if it takes more than 3 weeks to reply me by email..

OK, regarding the question. Would it be possible to sell HTML template on the themeforest, but Wordpress theme, made using this HTML template, sell on the own site. What are the rates in this case?
