I’ve sent emails to support several times but haven’t received a reply. My customers complain that they send me emails but I receive nothing. Newsletters from themeforest stopped to come too. Spam filter is turned off.

Hi I’ve encountered such problem: reviewer says that I have to pay attention to typography and visual hierarchy, but this sounds too abstract, I’ve asked him to give more details but no luck. It’s been sixth time I’m changing the template and still receive the same answer: Typography and visual hierarchy. Could you please help me to solve the issue? What would be your suggestions? Hope for your support.
