Some solutions would be:
1. Make your website responsive. Add a CSS Media Queries section and make the website layout responsive down to mobile resolutions. Maybe “display:none” to some extra content you don’t want to show on mobiles, making the content smaller.
2. Create a separate mobile website and add only the basic info from your desktop website. With a link to “View the full website” to those user who want to explore the full desktop website.
Wanted to ask some opinions about how you guys deal with HTML text added into custom widgets textares.
From my side, I receive a lot of messages from users telling me they want to use all HTML tags inside widgets.
Are you using some custom options in admin to enable/disable using HTML in widgets textareas?
Are you using sanitization functions like
echo wp_kses( $content, array( 'strong' => array(), 'a' => array('href') ) ); and let them use some of the HTML tags?
Or you tell them is not safe to use HTML tags inside widgets.
Any other ideeas?
I think there are a lot of creative templates here. A lot meaning 20-30% of all. Pretty much considering the nr if items on this market.
The rest of the procents are just themes that follow the sales trends. And authors who follows the necesity of making money, wich is normal. At the end of the road this is a market, and not an art gallery.
There are authors and authors, the ones that follow the revenue, and some others that express the talent.
The good thing I see it’s happening, is the buyers beeing active, talk on the forum, express their needs, and I am pretty sure a section dedicated to them, like a themes requests section…. will improve the themes submited. Will make the authors create more themes that are custom requested.

So I guess if you paid 25 $ you definitely bought “My Mobile Page V2 Wordpress Theme” .It’s pretty clear by the title of this item what it is. We have never in the description of any mobile theme, named them apps, not to confuse the authors.

I know there were a lot of discussions about support forums separately from the comments section, but I do have some questions, maybe somebody with experience can give me some answers.
Building a separately support forum, and write under each item, and profile page that support is available only on the separate forum will totally move all the questions from users to that forum ?
Or there are users that even don’t bother to read that “support is only available there” and continue to leave comments, and write emails ?
Can anyone say an estimate percentage of how many users read the details under the items and ask questions on forums, after you have build your forum?
Does anybody have some kind of separate well detailed FAQ section, as a solution to a forum. And it worked better that a forum.
