The same thing happened to me yesterday, it’s back to normal now. That solar flare may be messing with the communications… 
I was just about to record a half an hour long tut, this thread changed my mind, guess I’ll go for the quick video overview, with AE comments. Recording tutorials can be a real mess, especially for the complex projects.
This may depend on your computer’s configuration BUT if you render in Full HD, you playback will be sloppy even with the FLV file. So, don’t render in 1920×1080, try setting the output file resolution to half (960×540) and as miseld said, set the bitrate to 2000~3000 kb/s (maybe even 4000 for additional quality). 720p may work fine too (1280×720).

Something is going on, support seems to be down since this morning. It doesn’t happen often tho… I’m sure that things will return to normal soon.
