It might just be me – but that doesn’t seem that bad

Sorry you don’t like the responsive version – To remove it simple remove lines 2800 – 2882 in styles.css located here > here > here
Thanks.

Maybe add in that a refund isn’t an appropriate threat and that quality of support is easily measured.

It’s pretty hard to read but I have a ton of issues with reading and my eye sight so I read at about 40 – 60 WPM which is pretty damn poor seeing as the Average is 220.

I checked out http://www.spritzinc.com/# and found I could easily read at 400 Words Per Minute. It’s really cool and I’d love to see where it goes!

If you are not selling the PSD on themeforest then yes

Eg.
Create WordPress – Sell on Themeforest
Add HTML Version on your site for free.

As they are completely different formats they count as separate entities.

You normally want to set out how many hours a day they’ll be working and how much and hour.
For safety reasons I’d say yes
Yes, they agreed that the work you’re asking can be done by them – If you’re worried ask a few “test” questions, stylesheet missing to possibly changing pagination amount or something
Not sure on the last one, ideally the support staff will test to see if it’s a bug and hand it over to you where it’s your job to fix it and theirs to stop and new threads appearing

The reason it’s cut off is because

<div id="masonry-7" class="team_members" style="position: relative; height: 40px;" />
