steveyackey saidTotally agree! My regular “Day Gig” is mixing music for other people, so it’s been a GREAT creative outlet for me to write, record, and PLAY music! So far, the country stuff I’ve uploaded has done pretty well, but I’m still trying to wrap my head around the whole “Corporate / Motivational” thing. Rock and Country are more than likely what I’ll focus on, as I’m a Guitar / Bass player…but I’m excited by the challenge to crack the “Corporate Code”, and I’m hoping to get some useable stuff here in the near future! Really digging this place so far!
What has been the best part about being a part of/submitting to AudioJungle for everyone (outside of finances)? I recently joined and it’s been really fun to have more of a reason to compose, and to try things outside of my normal element (studied jazz guitar, but have been trying to produce different kinds of things here). What about you?
Wow your music is top notch.
If i were you I would continue to carve your niche with the Country music but definitely develop the Ukulele genre too. Tracks that do well there tend to be quite repetitive and have a couple of themes (keep it quite simple) and you could also try that U2 delayed guitar sound that's popular as well. I think you are going to do well here! Best of luck
FlossieWood saidI was worried that accounts about non Envato related activities wouldn’t be allowed. Looks like I’m going to have to take down my goat farming account.
ToivoMedia saidI’ve flagged up that plumber to staff!!!
Check this dude out – http://audiojungle.net/user/evettex22 Looks like the next marketplace will be PlumbingParadise.net
Yes I’m afraid you must do that immediately, tut tut! (People on this site try and get away with murder – just ask Graham, there’s no way Jeremy just ‘disappeared’)
It gets better with time. My old servant Jeeves McJeeves left me a few years ago. He was no longer comfortable with being suspended by rope while cleaning the windows on the 4th floor of the south wing. Those windows weren’t going to clean themselves, Jeeves. One accident and a broken leg, and I never heard the end of it. Eventually I managed to find my new butler Willy-Wills Willemson, and life at the manor is great again now.
Indeed, Graham, our stable boy Albert also left the household, quite recently actually. Sadly Albert was unable to continue with us after putting out his back. He was lacking in passion and commitment for the job really. I personally didn’t find it unreasonable at all, but he used to object so strongly to being used as our spare horse, on the odd occasion dear old Misty needed a rest from pulling our carriage on jolly trips out.
One does get over it eventually x
