Yea I had a similar problem only with business cards. I sent a ticket and they replied: Authors are not allowed to upload an icon set (which is what this is, inside a Smart Object inside the Photoshop file) to another category.

In order to have you items approved you will need to remove them from the file. You are welcome to keep the three or four generic icons that show in the preview, because those are part of the design.

Now, that means you are not permitted to add more icons than those shown in the design preview. Additionally, PayPal is not social media and as such it is not permitted. I was rejected too because some of my icons were actually trademark logos. For instance, you can not put internet explorer in your design because it is trademarked. By the way, the customer support will reply but it will take 5-7 days so be patient and you will receive a answer specific to your problem.

All of these got rejected and I do not know what to do with them in order to get them approved. My best guess is that the gradients/colors are really poorly realised and amateurish but I do not posses the knowledge to fix/improve this on my own.

Smiley face Smiley face Smiley face Smiley face Any type of help will be greatly appreciated and all criticism is welcome.

Well soft reject means that you only have to make small adjustments. With soft rejects come the reviewers comments(he/she will require specific changes that need to be made in order for your item to be accepted).

Yes you can resubmit but if you get a hard reject like that that means you have to make a lot of changes to your model in order to make it admissible. Just make sure that you message the reviewer that the file was previously rejected and write the changes you made after.

Soo I got soft rejected and the feedback was: 1) There are no icons included in the File. Please remove the statement from your preview image. Icons do not need to be provided in the main file.

2) Please expand the graphics over the cut and bleed guidelines.

Number one explained- In the preview image I put a statement that says “50 high quality vector icons available”. Now, icons are shapes(made in Ps not in Ai) and they are not available directly in the main layers, but every of the 6 visible icons is a smart object that when edited has a group with the 50 icons so that the buyer can just turn off one and turn on another one. So if I change the statement to something like”50 icons available for personalisation” would that satisfy the requirements or do I need to remove all icons but the 6 one that are visible OR is there a standardised way to make additional icons available?.

2) Not sure if I have to upload the image of the card for a clear answer but I will ask anyway: The entire card is just one solid color layer and above them are the shape layers(no textures) and text. All the shapes that are suppose to go over the trim line touch the edges, their path points do not go over the bleed edge(the end of the document). Are the shapes suppose to go over the end of the document?
