I highly recommend that anyone who doesn’t own the CS6 master collection (or whatever you need from it), buy the perpetual/lifetime regular license now, so you Own the software for years ahead to use. Although they claim it’ll be on sale for a long time, I think adobe will very likely stop selling it soon as possible – so buy it now and get lifetime use of it ,before they’re all sold out.
I don’t need CS6 neither unless my clients need it. I just stopped with CS5 and expecting few small ventures will replace major portion of Adobe in 3-4 years. :P May be CC is their last and final foolishness. i.e The problem I see is if they will really make major upgrades anymore?
I belive it will stay CS CC forever and they will just add few things like allways. If Adobe´s plan will work, everybody will just have CC. Not with me, Im buying the master collection, thats it!

I think some of you should look at the facts rather then on the hype. Its like the worst case scenario. What will be next? Pay per hour? If you dont buy the master suite now, you have to pay your whole life for this programms. Over the past years, only little things got added to the new versions. It was very easy to work with the creative suite over few years. We are giving more and more things out of our hands: we let us incapacitate. Can you image that this system would be possible in 2007? No, because there we had full control.

Watched Oblivion :-)

Haven’t seen it!

Any good?

Still haven’t got round to watching the second half of the Hobbit in 3D yet! At home of course…

Its perfect! Kosinski made a perfect job- in every aspect! I still hearing this electrical music in my head :-)

But don’t watch any trailers, just go in the cinema!

i have one suggestion , can envato support change the Rating box position to be under purchases and comments box…
“Author box” should be at very top, then purchases, then ratings. Just my 2.
huh… so you want the item purchase buttons located below author thumbnails and badges? :D How about placing the purchase buttons below the description? :P

Authors who are not Elite yet, they profile, they link to the portfolio is totally out of sight. Im using a Macbook pro 1440×900. I think the whole right side could be more compact. Because when the buyer scrolls down, the eye mainly focusing on the left side, because of the preview. So i think we are loosing a lot of potential interests with this arrangement.
personally when i buying something from somebody i also take a look on the person, and that person’s other products. Even if its totally different thing than what i want to buy actually. Let say, It’s a kind of quality check.

Purchase Box should be at the top, below it the author box.

Many of my items have superhigh ratings and then they have one one star rating. You don’t have to be an Einstein to figure out what’s going on there: Competition buys your item and rates it down. It’s always been happening and it happens to all the best authors.

I agree that a reason should be given if you want to rate. But I also fear that then no one would rate, or people would still rate it down and simply invent a bs reason…

As the above poster said: haters gonna hate … Sad but true

I only buy top-class items from top-class authors. So I never give anything less than five stars. I have been disappointed, but not because the quality was not there, simply because in some cases the file wasn’t exactly what I expected. That doesn’t mean that it’s not great work. In these cases I simply will not rate…

Cheers

Chris

Yeah true! At 1 Star rating the buyer MUST write feedback, so we can detect fake ratings!
