You ALWAYS be honest – avoiding the truth is a HIGHLY dangerous move. You should however make it clear that they are getting a working theme for a fraction of the cost of a custom build project (explain the likely costs of that), and that what they are paying for is time for you to set it up, optimise it, edit content, layout, features etc that are required to meet their needs.
Exactly, you tell them that for a custom theme they could pay 2,000.000 or more.
Let them select the theme they like, send them to TF using your Affiliate Code.
They understand that it’s faster to get their website up and running — otherwise if they wan custom, then there’s developers involved etc., etc.
I have installed and setup many WP sites for clients.
You could make a small business of it, it you could get lot’s of clients.
You could also do maintenance for the site, or train them how to create posts.
All and all, it’s about how many you can do a month.
I do like one every other month at about 600.00 – 800.00
