You can ‘Include’ whatever you like – just don’t say ‘Bonus’ items included.

That sounds like you’re giving something for free.

It’s also ok to include variations, like, 3 or 4 different colors for the same item.

As far as Icons Included, they’re probably part of the design anyways – and the Author wants buyers to know that they’re included.

I tried that once.

I had some isolated objects, then I made a header from them.

I stated Bonus Header image included.

I got a Soft Rejection for that. and had to remove the wording of ‘Includes Bonus Items’

If Bonus items were allowed, everyone would pile on more value of Bonus items just to sell the main item.

Bonus items were not allowed and cannot be included.

Reason I was given was because if someone complains that the Bonus items weren’t as promised, buyer could ask for a refund.

That was a few years ago. But I’m sure they stick to that policy.

This is my personal opinion on the matter as an author. This post/opinion may not reflect that of Envato on this matter.

On the top Right hand side of the item, it should say “You have already purchased this item – you can Download it here”

\\

If you don’t see that message, you have not purchased it.

Please check the item page and look for that message.

If you see it, you can download it.

Do you have a second account that you may have used to purchase the theme?

If you still can’t download the file you’ve purchased please contact https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new for assistance. Please include the item name (or a link to the item) and your Envato Market username under which it was purchased.

Here’s one simple way -

Open in Illustrator, select icon . . . . Go back to Photoshop and Paste.

Select Smart Object, Shape or Pixels.

Hi the floorsweeper.

When you login on Bluehost.

You will see various options available in your control panel.

Look for wordpress – that is where you will do the installation using the Bluehost system.

I think they are using Mojo to do this now, but, once you click on install wordpress you will be set to install the theme there.

If you have problems, Bluehost has a forum area where you can probably find simple answers dealing with this problem.

—Cheers!

All submissions are up to the Author.

If the Author wants people to use his/her item as a Logo, they can submit for a Logo.

Yes, some Character Mascots could make nice Logos.

But again, it’s up to each Author how they want to Market their item.

This is my personal opinion on the matter as an author.
