Basically, what that means is this:
If you have a website that charges others and you give them a version of the website ie: sub-domain use = You would need Extended Lic.
If you’re going to charge for access to certain portions of your website – but are’t giving or selling file related to the Theme or Template you purchased = Regular Lic.
So, for just posting your website for all the word to see = Regular Lic.
Giving people Profile Pages using features of the Theme and charging for that would require Extended Lic.
Selling Products using the Theme, should be no problem, as long as you aren’t charging for people to have access to the Theme per-se.
I think that pretty much explains it in a nutshell.

An Envato merch store has been on the wish list for a long time. We just haven’t found the time or the right system yet
Wordpress is so prone to Hacking!
I love WP, but hate the yearly hacking incidents!
You have a couple of options:
1. Create the Menu Template but you must tell buyer that they have to buy the graphics.
2. If you buy extended lic. you might be able to use them (read the Extended Lic first though, I’m not too sure about this).
3. Maybe you can get the author(s) to sell something similar, that you can use.
4. Maybe you can create something similar (But not the same for backgrounds).
Finally – your design looks clean.
Something like this would be nice:
Thanks EliIsakov for the agree.
I also think we should be able to have a Grid-View on Downloads.
Scrolling is such a bummer.
When I’m looking through files – it would be nice to see an additional icon, like a little Download Folder Icon or maybe a Disk Icon like the one used when updating this post, that indicates that I already purchased that item.
I have 16 pages of downloads.
So when I search or browse for something, it would be nice to know if I already own that file. Sure it tells me on the actual item page but not under the thumbnails.
Chime and and +1 if you agree with me.
Lets go fishing!
You need to verify your bank account with paypal.com
It can take a few days, they will send you 2 deposits of small amounts, you verify that amount and your bank account is verified.
For withdrawals – it takes about 48 (2 days) until the money you request from paypal.com is in your bank account.
I don’t know about Payooner.
Pretty much the same results as “alchymista” (I have aller font installed)
When I open at first keeping layers, it’s 590×422 px – Just a grey canvas. Pretty much everything appears to be Off-Canvas.
Select an item to transform and it’s off the canvas.
Open flattened and it’s just a Grey 590×422 box.
Open the Smart Object (illustrator) elements are same color as canvas BKG grey, and placed off the Art board.
Lot’s of problems opening this on MacBook Pro:
CS5 Extended version12.1×64
Illustrator CS5 15.1.0 Smart Object File opens okay if bars are meant to be Grey.
Now I know to be careful opening CC files, unless you can save differently.
