hi guys, i need your experiences. By designing Gallery sections how do we use Thubnail images. for image.jpg resized image_thumb.jpg or just use for thumbnail main image and resize it by css?

i hope i know what i mean. if i resize the picture by css to use as thubnail. it does not look good. image_thumb.jpg is good solution but i dont know if the buyers like this?

i have got a very simple question. When i code i have to refresh the page after everything but the browsers take cache and it does not update the page unless i refresh the page severel times with ctrl +f5 in windows.

do you have any easy trick or suggestions for it?
