Hey ThemesDepot. I received the payment about 30 minutes ago. Did you check your bank account?

I also don’t agree with HellasDesign.. He said “Joomla template can have a lot of sales only when it is very unique and the buyers can’t find a similar item on other CMS (WordPress, Drupal etc).” I don’t agree with this because a Joomla user will always search for a theme of Joomla suitable for his project. According to his saying if he doesn’t find it for Joomla then he will search an suitable item in WP category or vice versa… What a ridiculous thought? A user who is very familiar with WP why will he switch to Joomla CMS? or any person who is familiar with Joomla why will he switch to WP? Because switching from one CMS to other CMS is not a very easy matter.. It is a matter of learning a full new CMS, isn’t it? But yes if there is no other way then it may happen that someone is switching from one CMS to another. But personally I believe that every CMS has all types of design ready for any types of projects.

Dear dmsumon,

I have a few customers who changed CMS because they like one of my items. So, I don’t think that this is an issue. As for Joomla users… don’t forget that there are a lot of companies/teams/developers (like the developers of T3 Framework, Gavern Framework and Warp Framework – I don’t want to post links) that create Joomla templates for a lot of years and they already have a lot of customers!

When a Joomla user wants a new template, he/she always check these websites first. As you can see, Joomla section doesn’t have as many items as other sections.

I really don’t know what to tell you. If I were you I would release items for more than one CMS. You have nothing to lose. For example, you can release a Joomla template on February and the same item for WordPress on March. It won’t take more than a month (or two) to release it on other CMS.

I really like Joomla and I use it for more than 6 years. But when you want more customers then you have to release items for more CMS (like WordPress, Drupal etc)

I think that the best solution is to release items for both WordPress (or other CMS) and Joomla. Joomla is not dead but it has very low sales because most of TF buyers prefer WordPress.

Also, a Joomla template can have a lot of sales only when it is very unique and the buyers can’t find a similar item on other CMS (WordPress, Drupal etc).

Author rating shows all empty stars… Checked on multiple browsers and several author profiles. Anyone else seeing this?

I have the same problem…

This is just AMAZING. I really love it. Nice work OFFI. Envato should check it before doing more changes!

I think that the review must contain minimum 8-10 words. As some authors said in the previous comments, buyers will add reviews that will not help us. I didn’t receive any review but if I receive something like that, it will not help me at all.

The new feature is very nice but with some changes it can also be useful. For now, it just adds a tab with all ratings/reviews!

Hey guys. I really like the new feature. However, I have a question:

Next to the item’s name it says “anonymous” (e.g. anonymous on ##### – Responsive Joomla Template). Will you change that to buyer’s name for old ratings or it will stay “anonymous”?

Does that means, I can purchase an extended license of a html template, produce the wordpress version and resell it ??

I think that you can’t. You must have author’s permission in order to convert his/her template to WordPress Theme and sell it on ThemeForest or somewhere else!
