This happens to me when i display the items per sale.

Well, it happened again. Images below:
I noticed something, probably this is a random situation, but it happens in the same column of the 1st file who failed to go to the frontpage:
What about old items that didn’t show at the frontpage? Are they gonna be showcased someday or we can forget about them?
Like i said on my own thread ( http://graphicriver.net/forums/thread/item-not-shown-on-the-frontpage/92170 ) why bother to send screenshots if the support ignores this issue???
This is a BIG ERROR! Everyone knows the rules of the frontpage.. One item per author, I understand and accept it, it’s fair. But i cannot accept that my items dont appear when i only have one item approved!
i have to be fair and say Thank You to Dzinc, he knows this error is truly happening and trying to solve things, but Envato just keeps ignoring this.
After Dzing confirmed the error, envato support just ignored this issue saying “there is no evidence”.
1st answer from the support:
“We cannot determine the length of time an item is on the front page for, and while you didn’t see your item on the front page of the site it would have been there for a short while because the review queue was moving quickly at the time.
Another possibility is that authors will only have one file show up on the front page at any given time, so if you had an item approved before this one, that would be the one that was included.”
- Like i answer to them, this answer only shows that they didnt read everything or they just dont care.
And then the review manager answered:
“I’m the Review Manager here at Envato and I’ve looked into your inquiry and concerns on this topic. The thread you’ve referenced does not confirm that your item was or wasn’t listed on the front page so it does not provide conclusive evidence that there was or is a problem with your item. We can confirm for you that our system functions with specific rules with regards to how items are displayed on the front page and there are various situations in which one or more of your items would not have been listed on the front page, especially during an influx of new items being submitted.
Unfortunately we’re not able to guarantee front page exposure, especially as the marketplace continues to grow. Thanks for your understanding.”
So, in the way I see things, if an Envato Staff, in this case “Dzinc” confirms that my complain it’s true, and support ignores the issue it because they dont care.
I lost exposure and sales, and they dont care. why? because we are just numbers.. if they do care about us they would put my item in the frontpage like it should be! Like its normal.. But the easy decision is to ignore.. And dont even admit that this was an error from Envato.
Like i said before this is not fair, and its not happening only with me. But once again, support decide to go the easy way, ignoring the problem.
This is envato support. My item was not showcased in the frontpage and even after a staff member confirmed this error they jsut ignored me saying there is no evidence..
For envato, authors are just a number, they just dont care.
