I seem to be having the same issue. After logging into PayPal, pressing Continue, the error below happens. A work around would be nice or I’ll be forced to go to another website to purchase a template. I must start working on this project today. I tried refreshing cache, deleting cookies, tried multiple browsers, and PayPal accounts. I’m located in Colorado, U.S.
