So you don’t support the user till he provides the second/third/forth/... purchase code? Doesn’t this make them unhappy or feeling we are accusing them?

Once a few days, I receive tickets from clients who have purchased my items months ago but when I want to check their issue, I’ll notice that this is a different site but I can’t check if they’ve purchased different licenses or not…
And I believe it’s not very polite to ask them “Did you purchased different licenses or are you abusing the license?”
I’m sure this is a common problem for many authors here. I wish there was a feature to let us check if a client has purchased multiple licenses of our items…
