Absolutely loved it. Best movie I saw in 2012 for sure.
Even though Paypal functionality was restored I have noticed pretty much 0 sales today which does not match my sales trends over the past several years (it’s never happened in fact). Just curious if that’s due to the Paypal issue, or some strange coincidence? Any other authors seeing a huge drop in sales today?
Thanks But now, I’m working on another design much more trendy. So, if someone copy this design… no problem I think that isn’t as good as the current that I’m working.
I might be wrong anyway – maybe they would have to take it down. Just thought it was worth noting. Good luck with your designs and future sales!
I definitely like that it’s unique and not just another copycat theme. Needs work though. For instance, every character on the homepage is uppercase. That’s a little overkill. I would go uppercase only for headers and maybe featured slider, but having everything uppercase causes nothing to stand out and your design to just look too busy. Don’t give up!
I think it’s great! For what it’s worth, I also think it’s dangerous to post your future designs here. What if someone decided to steal it for their own theme and happened to release it before you? Not sure what would happen there, but I would just be a bit wary.
But I do think your design is very good
Appreciate it guys, thanks a lot!
I know there are a few ways to do this, but I’m just curious if you’re one of the authors doing this, how are you doing it? I’m talking about when you view the live demo of a theme and instead of loading in the standard ThemeForest frame with the black header at the top, it redirects to your site with your own custom theme switcher at the top.
Is this custom coded, a WordPress plugin, a mix of both…? And does it require you to install all of your themes in the same installation of WordPress? (i.e. would it work if each of your live demos sits on its own WordPress install…)
I appreciate any pointers, but I understand if you’re hesitant to help out a fellow author who is also a potential competitor.
2012 is put-puttin’ to a close. Wonder if the buyers just thought the world was going to end and didn’t schedule any projects… Or this could be usual for the holidays (I wouldn’t know. I had 2 items and 3 sales by this time last year). This week was the worst week in a long time! Booo! Good luck in 2013, everyone!
Obviously this is just my experience and I’m sure it differs for everyone, but for whatever it’s worth, I have 4 years to compare sales and it appears that sales dip just a little on Christmas Day but actually stay about the same for the month of December (with a slight increase last year actually). Hope that helps.
