I am very disappointed. I’ve submitted a support ticket on Dec. 3rd about something in my statements… 4(!) days later I got an email from Aaron telling me he will check it out, 6 days later and still no answer, no nothing.
I know I am not selling in $1000’s per week, and maybe this is the problem, but I am sure my problem could have been checked when some one viewed my ticket.
waiting 10 days for such a problem is not acceptable, after all – no one is doing me a favor (just like I am not doing a favor to any one), but if Envato will keep neglecting authors some (I guess) will leave.
And the reason I posted this message here is because I don’t see any reason to submit another ticket to support, just to see if some one will respond to it or not.
I hope some one from the team will take this (and me – as author) more seriously.

Hi, How long it takes depends on how many items are in the pips… More items means you wait longer. Don’t worry, your item will be reviewed eventually – so check your email for any approvals or rejections.
I had the slowest two weeks ever! unbelievable how slow it was. I had only 3 or 4 sales these two weeks.
I have no idea what went wrong, I can’t thing of anything but just bad karma…
I hope December will be good to me.
