Not all authors are native English, you buy a theme with a documentation file, not a theme with an article with a high level of English.

“Reporting”- why don’t you report the author, because you’ve payed the theme ?. Maybe you get it for free!

Your design is very generic, if you convert it to HTML and if you are very lucky , and the Reviewer have a great great day, your item will get approved, but in wordpress never.

First, upload some files, in PSD and HTML Category, and after that you’ll find someone more easy

Yet I did not see any 1218px grid based themes in TF! Did you notice any, and if not, why so?

My first 3 themes have 1200px.
