Problem is when I get notification on my phone for every support email, if I’m busy working on another project or if it is my “spare time” it distracts me. Maybe it is better practice to answer support questions only in certain time during working hours?
Turn off notifications for email when you’re coding or designing (I use the No Disturb option from iOS) and take a couple of hours a day to reply all support questions.

It just Credit Card or does it allows Debit Card?
In India, most of the people doesn’t have a credit card(ps: this is the reason why whatsapp decided to make their app free for Indian users )

We had bought DOCTOR – THEME ( ITEM ID: 4052132). After uploading the complete themes after the changes the website get’s hacked and this has happened several times. We have not installed any other extra plugin or any other component.
We are really disappointed to say that – THEMEFOREST does not check the author before selling the code. Last week, TinyMCE a plugin which comes with the theme start sending MASS MAILING because of which my website has been stopped.
We really don’t know what to do… Can some help me here!
