You are not alone Osky, I have received a few reviews with very unprofessional, condescending responses. The first time I figured the reviewer was having a bad day, the second time I decided the reviewer just didn’t like me, now I see the reviewer needs training in professionalism. Sorry it happened to you also, I like the flyer, nice work.
If you think something is wrong you can always start a support ticket. Go to “HELP” at the top of the page, then support center, and open a ticket. Takes a few days for a response to support tickets. Hope that helps. Good Luck
It’s not normally that slow but last night my uploads took forever to process, several hours. Usually processing takes only a few minutes to 10 minutes for me.
I’m glad I am not the only one who feels this way, I have had multiple rejections and I don’t have a problem being rejected as long as there is a valid reason, but my latest rejection had this additional comment: “Background images need to be more than just textures with color splatters over them. Consider submitting some more creative files instead.” The problem I had with the comment is: 1) it is just snotty, bad communication skills on the part of the reviewer and 2) the comment was based on the reviewers “opinion” as the file submitted was a JPG so there is no possible way that the reviewer knew how the file was created, manipulated or how much work went into the file. I would have had more respect for the reviewer if they had just said I personally don’t like your work and am rejecting it based on my opinion. But of all the rejections I had received I have not been given a solid reason for a rejection just a generic, vague statement sent in the email.

Hi Everyone, Is anyone else having issues creating a public collection on Photodune? I have been trying for a few days, I fill in all the different category information but when I click the “create” button it just clears all the category information and doesn’t create anything. I started a support ticket, but, so far they haven’t suggested anything that seems to work. They had me “logging out, clearing your cache and then restarting your browser” but that didn’t help. I rebooted the computer and even tried a different browser and that didn’t help. I am out of ideas to try. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks in advance for any help
