My Earnings Page shows that the sales and $ amount totals for March are both wrong but the rest of the months are correct…..hmm.

Hi Jenni, are you referring to one specific item, or multiple items?

If it’s one of yours, an alternative is to go to the item’s page Edit tab, edit or add a tag, and simply leave a quick note to the reviewer explaining that the item is in the wrong category.

For general items in the wrong category, please contact support and they’ll be glad to assist.

One Item was mine, I edited a tag and left a note for the reviewer but I also noticed 2 other items in the wrong category as well. I’ll send the links to support through a ticket and let them know.

If reviewers had a checklist based on guidelines, they’d all find exactly the same problems, and if we had this list, we’d submit the problems less often. Just my thoughts.

I agree 100%, it would be nice to know what the policies and guidelines are for each category.

You are not alone Osky, I have received a few reviews with very unprofessional, condescending responses. The first time I figured the reviewer was having a bad day, the second time I decided the reviewer just didn’t like me, now I see the reviewer needs training in professionalism. Sorry it happened to you also, I like the flyer, nice work.

If you think something is wrong you can always start a support ticket. Go to “HELP” at the top of the page, then support center, and open a ticket. Takes a few days for a response to support tickets. Hope that helps. Good Luck :)
