Hey Marian, looks nice and clean to me!
Gratulacje! Polska! Polska!
Hey guys, this morning I had a sale of the new Broadcast License (10 Million) – which was a $144 sale (of course my commission is less than that). But thanks to the new licensing structure that went live last week, that is the most money I’ve made on 1 song! Of course I’ve had extended license sales of packs before and that has made me more money but I gotta say, I’m very excited about the new license structure!
Congrats on a big sale Phil! I’m still waiting for mine xD
Hm, dunno. Maybe political reasons or sth? Like some countries are not recognized fully as a country. Dunno just my guess
I have not withdrawn their money. The rules were written that the money must be withdrawn after a year in which the money is withdrawn. Do I have to withdraw the money after a year, when I received the first money?
You can withdraw your earnings once you reach minimum 50$.
Isn’t (or wasn’t) the search engine getting improved so that it doesn’t only look at the title? I can remember there was a thread about ongoing tests with fixing the search engine…
AFAIK there’s one search engine for all marketplaces (correct me if I’m wrong) so it is very hard to optimize it for all of them e.g photodune needs descriptive titles like “Old man fishing on the lake”.
I remember the days of two level licensing. Something like $17 and $85.
I’m really not sure if I understand all this differences. Let me get it right please.
For example, if somebody needs music for a commercial ad on TV or youtube. Is the second level (36$) for a 2 min. track enough? How can the customer know if it’ll be watched by 1 Mio. or 10 Mio. people.
And who needs the 3rd level (Mass Music Reproduction)? Was does this mean?
Thanks for help.Cheeeers, Udo
Hey Udo, have a look at this link http://audiojungle.net/licenses/music and this http://audiojungle.net/licenses/faq#broadcast-size-a
