I noticed that you are offering customization service for Banner Designs. But when I try to signup for the experess service provider I only get three options 1) Logo 2) Wordpress 3) Print Templates. How do we sign us a express service provder for Banner Design Category?
- Logos (including all subcategories)
- Business Cards
- Cards & Invites
- CD & DVD
- Food Menus and Signage
I’ll get the blog post updated tomorrow with this information. At this stage banner designs aren’t included – sorry if you were keen on that!
Basically, if you want to offer logo customization services then tick the logo box, if you want to offer any other graphics customization service from the categories I listed above then tick the print templates box

Sorry I’ve only just seen the updates to this thread (I stupidly didn’t subscribe to replies – I’m so sorry). I was under the impression that all outstanding reviews had been completed when I posted my last update. When I just saw your post here I straight away asked the review guys on Studio what was up with yours, it turns out your review was somehow in the wrong queue (either human error when someone was moving tickets around or a bug in Zendesk) and hadn’t been picked up as part of their recent review blitz I mentioned in my last post.
Your service has been reviewed and approved. Again, from all of us we’re so sorry you had to wait this long! I know it must have been super frustrating. Generally speaking – reviews shouldn’t take more than 2 weeks (we’re going to look at capacity to see if we can reduce this further in the near future). Based on your feedback we’ve looked at what we’re doing comms wise around review times and have planned some improvements.

I just spoke with the Studio review team who are planning to review all outstanding services ASAP. I’m sorry it’s taken so long and that we didn’t set expectations upfront as to how long it would take. Usually things are much quicker, but the team has been focussed on other areas recently.
Are you an already approved service provider? If you’ve only filled out the registration of interest for to start selling services then that explains why you haven’t had a reply as we’re not going through a recruitment round right now. Almost a month for a service review is far too long and doesn’t sound right, if you are an approved service provider and it’s taken this long then it sounds like something may have bugged out. I’ll investigate for you when I’m in the office later today.
Sam is right, review is taking a while at the moment because of the volume of work the Ops team is working through at the moment. Your review should be complete within 7 days. If it’s not by then, ping me through my Market profile page and I’ll follow up for you – sorry for the delay! I’m sure you’re anxious to see your service live.

Credit card info has always been encrypted with the connection that we make from the front-end to the payment gateway, it may not have been obvious . If you have a look at Network traffic, you can see that the data is exchanged over HTTPS. Also the full page is SSL encrypted since yesterday, as additional security. Hope this helps clarify!
To the people requesting to offer their own installation services on Envato Studio, we’d love for you to do that! With the current implementation it’s not possible to direct who a job goes to from the post-purchase call to action to install with Envato Studio. But you could absolutely put a link to your own service on Studio directly on your item page. As an added bonus, we just launched our own affiliate program! So you could earn an extra 10% of referred customers first purchase. That would be sweet .
That said, we’re not actively recruiting new providers at the moment (if you’re not already a service provider on Studio). But if you’ve got a proven track record here on ThemeForest send me a message via my profile and I’ll see if I can help you out.
