Yes! I don’t understand why the download is being removed. When you buy a consumer product like an iPhone and that iPhone is discontinued, Apple doesn’t knock on your door and take it back from you. So digital products should be the same unless there is a specific reason like @Enabled mentioned.

Yes it annoys me most of the time. They should put it on the top right corner. It would make more sense and it should not obscure anything.

I don’t think you need to pay sales tax because you’re not directly selling to the customers, Envato is. You would be earning commission per month, so it would most be treated as tax on commission income.

I’ll post my suggestion here again – keep the exact same new avatar but make it light gray, it will blend in much better and remain non-intrusive, silent, to allow focus on content.

This is a very good idea. The current green avatar looks very weird everywhere. Sometimes I think it is all the same user.
