I guess it’s not really Envato’s fault, they didn’t have much of an option.

If a company came and asked you to remove a theme from your marketplace, you’d most likely do it without taking it into further action.

It’s really Expression Engine’s fault for even seeing this theme to be like theirs. I mean, it’s nothing like it.

Best of luck to you to get this sorted out, it’s a real kick in the teeth. But hopefully after this EE will see that just because a slider looks like yours, doesn’t mean it is.

here is my solution: open a new thread and appolegise for your bad behavior and I promise other members will love this action of yours and then save your time on learning new stuff and boosting up your profile.
