Hello,
Please give me some feedback as to where I can get some good reliable shared hosting for a Wordpress site.
Thanks,
KenH83
I actually just discovered woo commerce and didn’t realize that it just came out.
Sorry all.
Am I missing something or are there no WooCommerce 2.x templates on Themeforest?
Thanks for your reply Cara,
I do understand the terms and conditions to this marketplace as to the way support is offered. My frustration, which some that have replied do not seem to understand, is that the author says that he’s offers support for the item in question, and is not providing it, but is providing it for his other products. But this is how it goes I guess. We’ll make thousands on one product, make a new one, continue to offer support on our old one but not actually give it like we say we will. Got it. (And yes, for the 10th time, I understand that support is not required).
And no, the demo slider is not working nor is the menu on iPhone. I’ll just spend more money on something that does work like advertised.
Regardless, apparently, I’ve offended some people so I’m done replying to this thread and it can be closed and deleted by a staff member.
Hope everyone the best.

ChapterThemes,
You must not of read anything that I’ve wrote. When you do, please feel free to reply again.
- I would argue that $50 for a full WP theme is incredible value for money and the system only really benefits authors when they get to sell many copies. With this in mind is it really fair to expect them to give up their time to dedicated support also? Would anyone want to do this unless they were guaranteed multiple hundreds of sales?
That’s the problem right there. The author in question has sold three templates. The one I’ve been discussing and am frustrated with, he’s sold 2510, his older one he sold 697 of them, and his newest one he’s sold 402. All of them are $45 a piece. He’s made 10’s of thousands of dollars and good for him.
THE PROBLEM is..He’s actively supporting his newest template and has not answered a single support question of mine or of other people who have purchased his theme in over 2 months on the comment section on the market place for his item, and over a month on his personal support forum for his products. THATS my problem. So your point is kind of, well, moot in this instance. And I’m not asking for dedicated support, .. I’m just asking for some sort of support in general. Read above as to how long it’s been since the author has even answered a question in the comment section or his own personal support forum. It’s completely ridiculous.
People are still purchasing this template with the disclaimer on the item page that all support is done through his own forums. Then you go to the his personal forums, and it says 24-48 hours. That’s fine by me. But these people including me, aren’t getting that. We’re talking MONTHS..
